🤠 Return & Refund Policy

Howdy, y’all! Here’s the scoop on returns, refunds, and class cancellations.

At Jeff & Angie Photography, we put a whole lotta heart into every photo, print, and class we offer. We want you to love what you get—but if something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve got your back.

🖼 Custom Prints, Wall Art & Products

All of our products are made-to-order just for you, which means all sales are final.

BUT—if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the damage

  • Send to: info@jeffandangiephotography.com

  • Or give us a call at: 361-396-9665

We’ll fix it up faster than a Texas thunderstorm clears the skies.

📷 Digital Files & Photography Sessions

Digital downloads and completed sessions are non-refundable (because once it's captured, it’s yours forever).
Still, your satisfaction means the world to us—reach out if you’re not 100% happy and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

📅 Classes, Workshops & Events

We understand that plans change—here’s how cancellations work:

  • Cancel within 7 days of purchase → Full refund

  • After 7 days → Credit toward a future class or event

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows → No refund or credit available

If something unexpected happens, let us know—we’re flexible folks and always try to work with our students when we can.
