Immersive Wildlife Photography Experiences with Hands-On Learning, Field Guidance, and Real Outdoor Adventure
Jeff & Angie Photography’s wildlife photography workshop experiences are designed for photographers who want more than a classroom lecture or quick photo stop. These are immersive, hands-on wildlife photography classes built around real outdoor experiences where learning happens naturally in the field. These are guided wildlife photography workshops and field learning adventures. You’ll spend your time actively photographing wildlife, birds, landscapes, and natural environments while receiving practical instruction and supportive coaching along the way.
Whether you’re just starting to learn wildlife photography or looking to improve your confidence outdoors, these experiences are designed to help you grow through real practice—not pressure. With guidance from an experienced wildlife photography instructor, photographers learn how to work with changing light, understand wildlife behavior, improve image sharpness, and create stronger photographs in real-world conditions.
Our wildlife photography class experiences combine adventure, learning, and practical field instruction.

Real light, real weather, and real wildlife situations with supportive guidance along the way.
Introductory sessions designed to help photographers prepare camera settings, gear, and techniques before entering the field.
There’s no pressure to be an expert. Questions, curiosity, and learning at your own pace are always encouraged throughout the workshop experience.
You’ll learn how to work with movement, changing light, weather conditions, and unpredictable wildlife behavior while photographing outdoors.
From exposure settings to focus and composition, we simplify the technical side so photographers feel more comfortable behind the camera.
Understanding wildlife behavior, patience, timing, and storytelling are all important parts of creating stronger wildlife photographs.
These wildlife photography workshops are designed to help photographers enjoy the process, connect with nature, and continue improving long after the experience ends.

“I am what I consider to be an “Advanced Beginner”, which means I know JUST enough to really get myself into trouble. I recently had a private photography lesson with Angie, and it was a HUGE help to build my confidence with a new camera. Her patience, understanding of the craft, and generosity with her own expertise it HUGELY appreciated and welcomed! If you’re looking for a few pointers or to freshen up with new equipment, contact Angie!”
